It stands on a flat plot of land with a total area of nearly 600 m2, from which there is a direct entrance to the gravel-sandy beach. The cottage consists of two parts, the original building from 1970 and an extension from 2015. The original part includes a dining room with a living room, a kitchenette, a bedroom, a hallway, and a bathroom. In 2015, the cottage underwent reconstruction, and an additional room with a pantry and a spacious covered terrace was added, which is also used as an entrance hall. During the reconstruction, the roof of the entire cottage was replaced, the facade was insulated, the floors were replaced, as well as the electrical wiring, and the bathroom was also renovated. The cottage is connected to electricity, water from the municipal water supply, and it is also possible to draw water from a well. Waste is managed by a septic tank. Heating can be done in a combined way, either by electric radiators or a solid fuel fireplace. There are two fireplaces in the cottage, one in the original part and the other in the extension. The terrace has very pleasant seating with a view of the Danube, and because it is completely covered and glazed on all sides, it is protected from the elements, allowing you to enjoy the view in any weather and season. Under the terrace, there is a cellar for storing food or tools. Next to the cottage, a shelter for parking a car has been added, and there are additional parking spaces in front of the cottage and in front of the gate. The gate has automatic opening. The property also includes two other buildings, such as a garden equipment storage and a wood drying area. At the end of the garden between the beach and the garden, a concrete slab has been built for a pool or seating with a grill, from where there is also a unique opportunity for fishermen to cast their lines into the Danube directly from their own property. From this terrace, you can descend the stairs directly to the Danube, which offers various options for relaxation and recreation. This place is ideal for fans of water sports and fishing, but also for those who enjoy spending their free time relaxing in a peaceful natural environment. In the vicinity, you will find many other options for excursions, just 7.5 km from the cottage is the thermal swimming pool and wellness Patince, where boat trips on the Danube are also organized from the Marina port. The historic district town of Komárno is 21 km away, where you will also find a border crossing into Hungary. In the village, a newly built ferry operates, which takes you to the opposite Hungarian side of the Danube, where there are many other pleasant places for excursions in the Gerecse mountains. On the international cycling route Eurovelo 6, you can reach the historic town of Komárno or on the opposite side to the border Hungarian town of Esztergom.
