The area of the Patince swimming pool and wellness in the southernmost part of Slovakia has development potential in tourism due to the uniqueness of this place and the wealth of the region. The building has been uninhabited for years, but it is well-preserved. It is cleared and ready for complete reconstruction! On the ground floor are former social spaces - which can be restored to create a dining room with a kitchen and a reception area with an entrance hall.
