Are you looking for a quiet place on the edge of a village for your dream house / cottage? This 1000 m2 plot with the remains of the original house is located on the edge of the wine village Moča, in a very quiet area, about 1 km from the Danube. It is a flat plot that has a rectangular shape, the access road to it is via an asphalt road. On the plot stands a house with a registration number, which has a front part built of unburned brick and is in a dilapidated state, therefore it is already designated for demolition. The back part of the house was built later in 1973 from burned brick, this part of the house could still be saved. The plot has an original well and outbuildings suitable for keeping animals or other purposes. An electric pole is directly at the plot. There is no water supply or gas pipeline built in this part of the village. The plot can be expanded by an additional 515 M2 of vineyard, located directly next to the plot, which we also have on offer. The center of the village with complete civic amenities is located about 500 m from the house. The Danube River with its gravel beaches offers great conditions for spending leisure time by the water. Along it runs the international cycling route Eurovelo 6, which is a great choice for active hikers, as it stretches all the way to the Black Sea. Just 10 km from the house is the thermal swimming pool and Wellness Patince. In the vicinity, there are many other thermal springs, as well as the largest thermal swimming pool in Slovakia, Vadaš Štúrovo, which is only 20 km away. There are also other interesting places for excursions in the area, e.g. the district historical town of Komárno, the royal Hungarian town of Esztergom, and the capital of Hungary, Budapest. For mountain lovers, the southernmost mountain range of Slovakia - Burdov is located nearby, and on the opposite Hungarian side of the Danube - Visegrád, offering a variety of hiking trails of different difficulty levels.
