The popular guesthouse, still in operation today, is located in the center of the wine village Moča, just under a kilometer from the Danube. It is a two-story building with an area of over 300 m2, which allows for living and doing business under one roof. Thanks to the proximity of the Danube and the international cycling route Eurovelo 6, there is a large number of tourists looking for accommodation in the area. It is a great opportunity if you are considering a similar way of earning. After renovation, it also offers the possibility of a cottage for large families. The land, with an area of approximately 700 m2, consists of a grassy area covered with ornamental trees, a garden for cultivation, and a covered terrace. Behind the house, there are additional rooms and storage spaces in the annex. The house itself consists of two floors; on the ground floor, there are two separate parts: a PUB and a dining room with a bar counter, from which doors lead to the kitchen and other rooms that serve as storage. A staircase leads to the upper floor, where you can access a hallway through the reception with a waiting area, leading to both sides, from where doors lead to seven rooms of various sizes and different numbers of beds with their own bathrooms. Below the ground floor is a basement with one room. The guesthouse is sold with complete equipment and furniture. The pub and restaurant also operate for the public, not just for accommodated guests. Just under a kilometer from the guesthouse flows the Danube River, which offers many opportunities for spending leisure time in nature. Its beautiful gravel-sandy beaches are perfect for relaxing by the water, and the promenade along the Danube leads to the local traditional restaurant Čárda. The international cycling route Eurovelo 6, connecting the Atlantic with the Black Sea, running along the Danube, is popular among cyclists, skaters, and runners. Moča is located in a significant wine-growing area, near the thermal springs of Wellness Patince and Vadaš Štúrovo with the largest water park in Slovakia. From the nearby Kováčovské hills of the Burdov mountain range, tourists are offered a beautiful view of the bends of the Danube. The tourist-frequented towns of Komárno and Ostrihom are beautiful for their historical monuments, as well as nearby Budapest, the capital of Hungary, located just 80 km from the village.
