Completely reconstructed cottage near the thermal swimming pool Vadaš in.

This completely reconstructed cottage stands on a plot of land with a total area of over 400m2. It is located by the banks of the Hron River in a cottage settlement near the village of Kamenica nad Hronom. It consists of one room approximately 6 x 4 meters, where installations are prepared for a kitchen with a living area. Doors from the terrace lead to a toilet with a flushing WC. Water is drawn from a shared water tank. The reconstruction took place during the year 2021. Water is drawn from a well and there is also a septic tank available. The plot has a steep sloping character, and stairs from the parking lot lead up to the cottage, which is accessed by an unpaved road from the village along the Hron. The plot borders a neighboring cottage, which is also for sale, and it is possible to buy both with a shared plot of a total area of 800 m2. From the cottage, one can get to the Hron across the road and down the steps, surrounded by beautiful nature, which offers an ideal place for spending free time in nature and for other activities such as fishing and other water sports, for which the mighty Danube River, into which the Hron flows in the village, also provides good conditions. The confluence of the Danube and Hron is located just 5 km from the cottage. The center of the village with basic civic amenities is less than two kilometers away. In the village, there is also a well-known educational trail favored by tourists leading through the Kováčovské hills nature reserve, which is part of the southernmost mountain range of Slovakia, Burdova. This hiking offers beautiful views of the panorama of the confluence of the Danube and Hron and the city of Ostrihom. Kamenica borders the spa town of Štúrovo, where the largest thermal swimming pool in Slovakia is located, just 5 km from the cottage. On the opposite side of the Danube lies the historic Hungarian city of Ostrihom, and the capital of Hungary, Budapest, just 50 km away, is also a great place for excursions.
