This original 3-room house with an ongoing reconstruction is located in a quiet part of the village of Bátorové Kosihy. It stands on a plot with a total area of 314 m2, which also includes outbuildings, a cellar, a new drilled well, a completely new plastic septic tank, and a water shaft. The house with a living area of approximately 100 m2 consists of three rooms, a kitchen, a bathroom, a hallway, and an entrance hall. The reconstruction of the house began in 2010: new pipes for water and waste were brought into the house from the new water shaft and septic tank, which were completely replaced in the kitchen and bathroom, where a brick shower corner was built, still unfinished. An entrance hall with new entrance doors and a window was added to the house. The house is connected to electricity and water from the municipal water supply. Waste is managed by a septic tank. There is also the aforementioned drilled well available. The house is also ideal as a weekend cottage, thanks to its location. A path leads from the end of the street to the lake, which offers pleasant leisure activities in nature, such as walks, fishing, cycling, ... Approximately 8 km from the house is the Danube River with its spacious gravel-sandy beaches suitable for recreation by the water, along which runs the international cycling route Eurovelo 6, ideal for sports use. The center of the village with complete civic amenities is located about 800 m from the house. The surroundings are a well-known wine region, as well as rich in thermal springs, the thermal bath Vadaš Štúrovo and Wellness Patince are perfect for relaxation for the whole family. The historic town of Komárno and the Hungarian town of Esztergom are nice places for trips, and for active hikers, the southernmost Slovak mountain range Burdov with the Kováčovské hills national park, which is ideal for easy hiking, is just a short distance away.
