On the right side of the property, the hills of the Hungarian Gerecse mountain range rise in the horizon. The environment of the cottage provides an ideal place to escape from the city, it is made for relaxation in nature. The lover of silence and romance will be enchanted by the endless rows of vineyards and the incredible views of the opposite peaks of the Hungarian mountains. The cottage consists of two floors, the entrance is through a small porch, on the ground floor there is a kitchenette with a dining area, from where doors lead to the wine cellar. On the upper floor, there is one large room with a washing corner. The toilet is located on the ground floor and has a separate side entrance. Heating is possible with solid fuel stoves. Electricity is supplied to the cottage. There is a shared well available, which is located within 500 m from the cottage. Behind the cottage, there is an extension approximately 10 x 5 m, which serves as a storage for tools and equipment for processing grapes. The property is accessible from both sides - to the cottage, as well as an unpaved road leading to the top of the vineyard. In the immediate vicinity of the cottage, there are other cottages, wine houses, and cellars. Modrany is a well-known wine region, and wine festivals are organized here every year in the vineyard. The center of the village with basic civic amenities is located only 2 km from the cottage. The district town of Komárno is 25 km away. There are many interesting places in the vicinity for spending leisure time, such as the thermal swimming pool and Wellness Patince, which is located only 16 km from the cottage. The historic Hungarian town of Esztergom is 35 km away, and the nearby southernmost mountain range of Burdov with the Kováčovské hills nature reserve is an ideal place for hiking. For water lovers and activities related to it, there are extensive beaches of the Danube River nearby, and for athletes, the international cycling route Eurovelo 6 is perfectly suited.
