Cottage in the beautiful nature of the Little Fatra in the area of Piatrová, from where it is just a hop to Vrútky or Martin. It is a wooden, log cabin structure with a brick extension that contains a bathroom. The cottage was built on a concrete foundation in 1980. It is connected to a shared well, from which there is water supply to the cottage, electricity, and the waste goes to its own septic tank. The roof has an aluminum covering. The advantage of the property is its own land with an area of 400m2 and an access road owned by the SR. Layout: On the ground floor, to the left of the entrance door is a living room, opposite the entrance door is a kitchen, to the right is an open room with two beds, and the last is a bathroom with a shower and toilet. In the attic, there is a large bedroom (4 beds) and a small bedroom (1 bed and a couch). Accessibility: From Karvaša and Bláhovca street, it is about 1 km via mountain road even by car. Next to the cottage is seating, a fire pit, and a shed for tools, flat land. The Orange operator has a good signal near the cottage.
