Beautiful vineyard on a large plot in the wine-growing area in the village of Str.

This carefully cultivated vineyard is located just above the picturesque village of Strekov. It spans a gently sloping area of 2 ha, where 5000 vines of various varieties are planted. These include Pálava, Mílie, Devín, Rulandské šedé, Rulandské modré, Cabernet sauvignon, Frankovka modrá, and table varieties. Some varieties have a drip irrigation system in place. At the back of the property, about 25 types of fruit trees are planted. (apricots, peaches, cherries, apple trees, pears ...) The property features a large agricultural building with a usable area of 400 m2, consisting of two parts. The smaller part is used as a storage. This part was renovated in 2023, with a complete roof replacement, beams, lathing, and drainage system. The second, longer part is used by a few hens and turkeys. There is also a well on the property with a depth of 52 meters and a dry toilet. The subject of sale is 1 ha of land with a vineyard, fruit orchard, and agricultural building. The second part of over 1 ha of land is owned by the municipality, and the owner has it on a long-term lease. The area of the village of Strekov with fertile vineyards is among the best wine-growing regions in Slovakia. The most significant event in the village is the Strekov Wine Festival, which takes place every year in July. It is a two-day festival that offers a rich cultural program with tastings of local and foreign wines in a beautiful setting. The center of the village with complete civic amenities is located about 900 meters from the vineyard. The district town of Nové Zámky is 27 km away. The distance from Bratislava is 130 km.
