The entrance to the building is through large double-leaf metal gates, which also have metal entrance doors installed. The object is passable, the hall is divided roughly in half by a brick partition with the possibility of passing through a double-leaf gate with a metal filling. And in the rear gable wall, there is also a large double-leaf gate. Similarly, the shelter is also passable, which has no ceiling structure with two single-leaf large gates. The shelter is connected to the hall by a door, and the shelter has two levels of flooring, the front part has a lowered floor of about 0.80 m with access via a concrete ramp, the rear part has a floor at the level of the hall floor. The floor in the building is concrete, the electrical installation distribution is both lighting and motorized with circuit breakers and distribution boards for connecting technological equipment, there is an air conditioning distribution in the building, currently unused. The sale offer also includes the possibility of some construction equipment and devices (scaffolding, mixers, storage containers, etc.). The object was built around 1987, in the years 2016 to 2017 the object was reconstructed and modernized, implementing insulation of the outer shell and ceiling, refurbishing gates and constructing internal closed warehouses.
