This multi-story vineyard house with a basement is located on a vineyard in the cadastre of the village of Podhájska - Svätuša. It stands on a slightly sloping plot with a total area of 769 m2, which is planted with various types of grapevines. The house was built in 2010 and the occupancy permit was granted in 2018; in 2022 it underwent partial reconstruction - a glazed terrace was added, the basement spaces were renovated, the drainage systems were repaired, and overall insulation was done. A major advantage is the new photovoltaic system - batteries that store the produced energy address frequent power outages in the village. The house is energy-efficient and cost-free. Heating is provided by electric heaters and a solid fuel fireplace. Access is via an asphalt road, partly on an unpaved road. An attraction of the village of Podhájska is the thermal swimming pool with geothermal water, often compared to the water of the Dead Sea and its beneficial effects on the human body. Podhájska is an ideal place for peaceful relaxation, holidays, and recreation throughout the year. The distance from the swimming pool is only 300 m. The name of the village - Podhájska - reflects the location of the village, which stretches under acacia and oak groves. The area of the village is slightly hilly. From north to south, the Trávnický stream flows through the village, and from east to west, the Liska stream. The village of Podhájska is located in the Nové Zámky district, which is 27 km away. The village of Čechy is only 9 km away, which in winter offers the possibility of skiing and sledding. The town of Šurany is 14 km away, where you can play golf and swim at the natural swimming pool Tona beach.
