The uniqueness of this property is that it is part of the heritage reservation of folk architecture along with another 63 wooden houses in Podbiel. The heritage reservation is among the largest preserved complexes of folk architecture in Central Europe, also known as Bobrová roľa. The wooden house is located directly in the village, on a nice flat plot with a view of Červená skala. It has two floors. In 1996, it underwent extensive reconstruction. And in 2023, the roof was also reconstructed (complete replacement of wooden shingles). On the ground floor of the wooden house, there are two spacious rooms (dining room and game room, both with two beds), kitchen, bathroom with shower and toilet, separate toilet, hallway, and stairs to the attic. In the attic, there are five rooms. One four-bed, three three-bed, one double-bed. There is also a bathroom with shower and toilet on the floor. The rooms are standardly equipped, wooden beds, wooden nightstands, shelves, and hangers for placing clothes, etc. The wooden house has its own cellar, the entrance is from the outside. The size of the plot is approximately 672 m2. Part of the land is grassy. In the front part of the plot, coniferous trees are planted. On one side (from the street), thuja are planted along the entire length of the plot, providing privacy to the property. In the back part of the yard, there is a wooden shed (approximately 4.5x4.5m) for wintering chairs, tables, benches, and so on. This shed is connected to a roof measuring 4.5x4.5m. The paved area underneath serves for seating even in bad weather. The yard also includes parking for 5 cars. The property is connected to electricity, water supply, gas (heating is gas-central) in the kitchen there is a gas stove. Waste goes to a septic tank, and there is an option to connect to the public sewer near the house. The village of Podbiel has an excellent location within the entire upper Orava. It is located right in the middle between the largest Orava tourist attractions. Within a 20 km radius are Roháče, Oravice, Orava Dam, Orava Castle, ski resorts.
