Imagine a place where you are awakened in the morning by the singing of birds, the scent of blooming flowers, and a cup of coffee on a bench under a fruit tree. A place where time flows more slowly, where you forget the daily hustle and breathe life again. This is the place we offer you – a cozy cabin in the popular recreational area of Zúgov in Nové Zámky. The cabin was built from fired brick around 1978 and is located on a beautifully maintained plot of 313 m² (width 8 m, length 40 m) with access from two sides, which is a great advantage. Cabin area: 5 × 4 m Layout: one room with romantic solid fuel tiles, a kitchenette, and a completely basement space with 2 rooms in the basement – ideal for storage, a workshop, or a wine cellar. Connections: electricity 220/380 V, water from a well, dry toilet (latrine) at the end of the plot. The garden is like from a picture – a lawn like a carpet, flowers blooming in every corner, fruit trees and bushes bringing the sweet fruits of summer. Pleasant nooks for relaxation, reading a book, or a summer evening with a glass of wine under the stars. In 2021, the cabin underwent a renovation of the electrical installation, and the walls were adjusted to make the interior feel even more pleasant and cleaner. The surroundings are a paradise for nature lovers – walks along the lake, fishing, a bike path leading to the Berek forest park and in the future to the Thermal Nesvady swimming pool. Just a short distance from there is also the recreational area Strand Emila Tatárika.
