This original four-room house, suitable also for a cottage, is located in a quiet part of the village of Nová Vieska. It stands on a spacious flat plot with a total area of over 2200 m2, which extends to the Parížske Močiare nature reserve. The one-story house stands on elevated foundations and consists of four rooms, a kitchen, a bathroom, a pantry, a hallway, and a large storage room - from which you can access the attic. The back part of the house is basement. The house is supplied with electricity, water from the municipal water supply, and gas. Heating can be combined, locally - with gas heaters, and there is also a centrally located chimney connected to a solid fuel fireplace. Waste is managed by a drainage system. The garden, approximately 12 m x 150 m in size, has an irregular shape, slightly widening towards the end, and is in a completely overgrown state, unused for years. The house is suitable for year-round living in the countryside as well as for recreational weekend use, as there is a road near the house that leads to a lake within a 5-minute walk, around which benches have been built for sitting and picnicking in nature. A stream named Paríž flows by the lake, which is the denominator of the local nature reserve. Along the stream, there is an educational trail leading to the neighboring village of Gbelce, where you will find a lookout tower over the marshes. In the vicinity of the village, you will find many other places for excursions: the largest thermal swimming pool Vadaš in the town of Štúrovo is only 20 km away, where there is also a border crossing to the historic Hungarian town of Esztergom. Nearby lies the southernmost Slovak mountain range Burdov, which is filled with hiking trails offering beautiful views of the winding Danube River.
