Vineyard cottage near the forest on a spacious plot in the village of Nána near Š.
Are you looking for a cottage by the forest as a refuge from the urban hustle and bustle and do you enjoy gardening, or are you planning to use the spacious land in another way? In this cozy vineyard cottage on a beautifully maintained spacious plot ending directly in the forest, you will find true peace for your weekend relaxation in nature and plenty of space for your gardening hobby. The cottage consists of three rooms and a large vaulted wine cellar and is situated on a gently sloping fenced plot with a total area of 4593 m2. Additional rooms for storage have been added to the cottage, and there is also a greenhouse, a dry toilet, and an outdoor shower. Next to the cottage, there is a covered gazebo for summer seating. The plot has a drilled well 40 m deep, which provides enough water for watering the entire garden and for personal use. Electricity is connected to the cottage. In the garden, you will find a variety of fruit trees. Behind the cottage is a large plowed area for planting, and at the back of the plot, there are 10 rows of grapevines of various varieties. The last part of the plot is part of the forest, a favorite spot for mushroom pickers or for walks in nature. From the plot, there is a beautiful view of the southernmost Slovak mountain range Burdov, where you will find the Kováčovské hills nature reserve, which is a paradise for hiking enthusiasts, just 10 km from the cottage. There is a paved, well-passable road leading here from the village of Nána, where you will find basic civic amenities. The town of Štúrovo with its thermal baths and year-round wellness is only 6 km away. Through the border crossing, you can reach the historic Hungarian town of Esztergom, where the extensive Pilis mountain range and the Danube-Ipoly National Park begin, with countless hiking trails and cycling paths. The famous capital of Hungary, Budapest, is only 60 km away.
