Original country house in a quiet part of the Danube village Moča.

The original country cottage is located in a quiet street in the Danube wine village of Moča. It was built from unburned brick and consists of three living rooms - a kitchen and two rooms. Behind the living area, there are additional rooms - a garage and a workshop. It is in its original, neglected condition, requiring a major reconstruction, or rather demolition... The electrical connection is within reach, gas and municipal water supply are connected to the house, but are temporarily disconnected. Heating is possible with gas heaters or solid fuel stoves. The cottage stands on a flat plot with a total area of 779 m2 (15 m x 52 m), on which, in addition to the house, there is also a wine cellar and several fruit trees. The local climate, as well as the soil, is suitable for growing various heat-loving plants, such as grapevines, which thrive here. The area of the plot can be expanded by additional square meters with the plot located behind the house, which extends to the neighboring street. This plot has a total area of 1016 m2 and is also listed in our offer. The center is located about 500 m from the house, where you will find complete civic amenities. The gravel beaches of the Danube River and the international cycling route Eurovelo 6 are only 1 km from the house. The surroundings are a popular destination for summer vacations, not only due to the abundance of water bodies in the area but also because of the wealth of thermal springs that emerge from the ground in the surrounding villages, such as the 13 km distant Wellness Patince, or the largest thermal swimming pool in Slovakia, in Vadaš Štúrovo. Historical border towns, as well as the nearby Burdov mountain range, create further opportunities for excursions and easy hiking.
