The house consists of four spacious rooms, a kitchen, a bathroom, a hallway, and a pantry. The house is connected to electricity, water from the municipal water supply, and heating is possible in a combined way - in two front rooms, it is central with a gas boiler, while in the other rooms there are gas heaters. Waste is managed by a septic tank. The back part of the house was built later, as well as a spacious terrace that stretches along the entire extension. In the yard, there are fruit trees and a robust vine that covers the terrace and provides pleasant shade in the summer. The back outbuildings can be used for raising animals or for various business activities. Due to its location, the house is suitable not only for living - you can reach the town of Komárno in 5 minutes by car, but also as a cottage, since the garden ends in a forest that extends to the Danube River, which offers opportunities for leisure time by the water. An international cycling route Eurovelo 6 runs through the village, which takes you from Komárno to Štúrovo, and further to the Black Sea along the riverbed of the Danube. In the neighboring village of Patince, there is a famous thermal bath and wellness Patince, and in the historic town of Komárno, you will find the beautiful center of the European courtyard and other landmarks. You can reach the opposite Hungarian side of the Danube via the bridge in Komárno or by ferry in the village of Radvaň nad Dunajom. In the Hungarian mountain range Gerecse, you will find a number of hiking trails.
