Partially reconstructed farmhouse in the village of Hrušov.

The house is located on hilly terrain and has 3 separate entrances, which represents three residential units that can be connected if needed. The entrance to the lower part is directly into the kitchen, from where we can access the room. This part is basically in its original condition. The construction is made of stone. The kitchen is supplied with municipal water and the waste is managed by a drainage system. This part has its own water meter and its own electric meter. The middle part, which is also made of stone, has undergone a complete renovation. New engineering networks, waste leading to the treatment plant in front of the house, new plaster, flooring, windows, and doors. From the entrance hallway, we can access a separate toilet, a modern shower, and one room, where heating is provided by solid fuel stoves or electricity. We can access the upper part through a covered veranda, into the entrance hallway. From the hallway, doors open to a pantry, one room, and the kitchen, where there is another bathroom with a bathtub. The waste is connected to the aforementioned treatment plant in front of the house. Heating is locally managed by solid fuel or electrically. This part has also undergone partial renovation, such as plastic windows and doors and waste. This part is an extension and is mostly made of blocks. Behind the house, there is a covered wood shed. The attic is accessible from the front by a ladder, or from the back of the building, through a small bridge. The floor is concrete, the beams are healthy, and the roofing is eternit. It is suitable for the construction of attic rooms. On the property, there is also a storage room with a cellar (12 m2) and a former stable, which now serves as a storage. Behind the house, there is a piece of vineyard and a few fruit trees. The village of Hrušov is a sought-after village due to its location and cultural heritage. It has several settlements that lie in the wide surroundings. The laznik estates, connected to the center of the village by local roads, are increasingly being used only for recreation. In its vicinity, there are 3 hiking trails and cycling routes. In terms of tourism, the Hrušov ponds and surrounding forests are currently being used, where recreation and active relaxation can take place.
