It is located in a quiet alley in the wine village of Gbelce, just 17 km from the spa town of Štúrovo. A complete reconstruction has begun on the house in its original condition based on a building permit that was also issued for the extension of additional rooms and a spacious terrace. The house stands on a vast wide flat plot with a total area of over 1300 m2, with irregular dimensions of about 30 m x 45 m, on which there is also an auxiliary farm building with three rooms. The back part of the plot, which steeply rises up the hill, is a place for developing creativity, for example, for building a unique flower bed. The house with a living area of 100 m2 stands in the front right corner of the square plot, consisting of two rooms, a kitchen, a bathroom, and a hallway. The house is connected to electricity and water from the municipal water supply. The plot also has a connection to the gas pipeline and an original dug well. Waste is managed by a new plastic cesspool. Reconstruction work has begun on the house - completely new concrete floors with preparation for underfloor heating and new electrical wiring. Further reconstruction of the house was planned - namely the extension of several rooms and a spacious terrace, roof replacement, installation of heating with a recovery system, and the construction of a garage for two vehicles. A valid building permit has been issued for these actions based on the project, which can be purchased if interested along with the building materials located on the plot. The center of the village with complete civic amenities is located about 700 m from the house. The edge of the village borders the natural reserve Paris Wetlands, where you can admire protected species of birds and plants while walking along the educational trail through the wetlands. In the nearby town of Štúrovo, you will find not only the largest thermal swimming pool but also a border crossing to the historic Hungarian town of Esztergom. Just outside the town lies the Danube-Ipoly National Park with the southernmost Slovak mountain range Burdov, an ideal place for easy hiking.
