The house stands on a beautiful spacious plot of 3655 m2, of which 706m2 is building land. The plot continues into a spacious garden with an area of 2949m2 and ends at a stream. Behind the stream is a plot of about 900m2, which is in long-term use (possibility of planting crops or as a meadow). Beyond that, there are only fields. The center of the garden is on a hill, where you have a stunning idyllic view to the southwest, allowing you to see far into the gently rolling panorama of nature bathed in sunlight. After building a gazebo, you will enjoy the sunset every evening. The garden contains various fruit and utility trees. The house, measuring 16 x 6.3 m, is built of mixed materials – fired brick and clay. The house is dry. The side wall - the so-called gánok has been replaced with a new wall with plastic windows + side terrace doors. The wall has not yet been plastered. The window in the front room has been replaced with a plastic one, as well as the back door has been replaced with new plastic ones. The roof – metal, was replaced about 15 years ago. Layout – a long entrance hallway (former gánok) from which you go to the kitchen, from the kitchen to the middle room and from there to the front room. Further from the hallway, you enter a large back room, which was intended to serve as a bathroom after completion. From the hallway, you can access the attic, sideways through the terrace doors to the yard or through the back doors to the utility part. The house has central gas heating (radiators). The house is habitable but suitable for reconstruction, or it is possible, given its age and large plot, to build new housing according to your own ideas. The house is connected to water, gas, and electricity. Waste is directed to a septic tank, but the village already has established sewage, and it is not a problem to connect. On the plot, there is a large cellar, a dug well, a shed for tools, and a dry toilet. The house was inhabited until recently and therefore also heated. Respectable and tidy people lived here.
