We will provide you with an event tailored to your needs.
As a company, we have been on the market for 12 years. During this time, we have gained extensive experience with various types of events and client requirements. However, these have always been events prepared in universal spaces, such as warehouses, halls, conference rooms in hotels, and so on.
It was not always possible to meet all the requests of clients and agencies. It was only possible to carry out what the given space allowed us. After these experiences, we decided to create a space where we could utilize our knowledge and expertise and that would offer a wide range of uses – thus Styla Event Hall was born.
This hybrid event space offers a wide range of uses – in addition to classic events and conferences, the space can be used for corporate presentations, debates, stand-up comedy, theater performances, concerts, fashion shows, as well as filming commercials or music videos. On the large panoramic LED screen, we can realize unlimited visualization possibilities.
We offer a combination of a real environment with the physical presence of people and an online space.
Options for organizing Styla Event Hall
We will prepare the arrangement of the event space precisely according to your requirements.
1. Theater Style
The most classic of all environments, the so-called cinema, contains rows of seats facing the stage.
Positives:
All participants are focused on the events on stage, the presentation, and the speaker. It adapts to the maximum number of participants based on the available space.
Negatives:
The setup does not allow for interaction among participants. Participants are trapped in rows, making it difficult to enter and exit the hall.
Suitable for:
Classic frontal lectures that do not require interaction and are attended by a larger number of people.
2. Banquet Style
A space with round banquet tables for 5 to 12 participants, usually prepared for festive receptions.
Positives:
All participants are focused on the events on stage and the presentation. It allows for interaction among participants at the same table. It allows for note-taking and serving food and drinks.
Negatives:
The setup does not allow for interaction among all participants (only among those sitting at the same table).
Suitable for:
Festive dinners, award ceremonies, parties, and educational events where discussion in small groups of 5 to 8 participants is needed.
3. Classroom
A classic school setup with tables and chairs that allows for longer and in-depth work and computer use.
Positives:
All participants are focused on the events on stage and the presentation. Participants have the opportunity to take notes (table). Possibility of serving coffee and refreshments.
Negatives:
Participants are trapped in rows, making it difficult to enter and exit the hall. Due to the fact that tables take up more space, the hall can host fewer participants. Limited interaction among participants.
Suitable for:
Training events, seminars, educational events, and product presentations.
4. Cabaret
Arrangement with round banquet tables with an open end (participants sit only at tables with a direct view of the stage). Mostly used for festive receptions.
Positives:
All participants are focused on the events on stage and the presentation. It allows for interaction among participants at the same table.
Negatives:
The setup does not allow for interaction among all participants (only among those sitting at the same table). Lower number of participants due to fewer chairs at the table.
Suitable for:
Festive dinners, award ceremonies, parties, and educational events where discussion in small groups of 5 to 8 participants is needed.
