It consists of an entrance hallway, a spacious living room connected with a kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom with a toilet. The apartment is fully furnished and provides: a fully equipped kitchenette (refrigerator, stove, extractor hood, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, pots, plates, cutlery), a washing machine, LCD TV with 20+ channels, high-speed Wi-Fi connection, blackout blinds, a safe, air conditioning, a French balcony or terrace. Above-standard services included in the apartment price: cleaning of the apartment once a week, provision of clean bed linen and towels once every two weeks, parking included in a 24/7 monitored parking lot, access to fitness 24/7, use of the outdoor multifunctional playground (football, basketball, volleyball, tennis), children's play area, outdoor grill (catering can be ordered for larger celebrations for an additional fee). Additional services of the apartment complex for a fee: hotel breakfast in the form of a buffet, use of Wellness (pool + saunas) daily from 18:00-21:00, Thai massages, climbing wall with an instructor.
