BHS Reality offers for rent storage spaces on the ground floor of a family house on Jaskový rad street, Bratislava III – Nové Mesto district, Vinohrady cadastral area. The warehouses are located directly by the main road, with parking available. The storage spaces (see floor plan) consist of two rooms, each with a separate entrance from the parking area, and the rooms at the back are connected by a common hallway. In addition, there are two smaller warehouses available next to the smaller room, one with access to water. At the same time as renting the warehouses, there is also the option to rent parking spaces in front of the family house, with a total of 4 parking spaces available. The rental price for the storage spaces is 340,- Eur/month + utilities (the price already includes 1 parking space for 40,-€). In case of interest in renting the other three parking spaces (independently of the need to rent the warehouses), the price for each parking space is 70,- Eur/month.
