The two-story cottage with a wine cellar is located on the edge of a vineyard hill in the picturesque village of Belá. It stands on a sloping plot with a total area of over 2100 m2. The garden is densely planted with grapevines. An asphalt road leads to the cottage, and on the upper floor, there are three rooms, a pantry, and a hallway. On the ground floor, there are also three rooms used for processing grapes and wine, beneath which is a concrete wine cellar. The cottage also has a terrace and a balcony, from where there is a beautiful view of the opposite Hungarian mountain range Gerecse, which stretches on the other side of the Danube. The cottage is in its original condition and requires extensive renovation. There is no electricity or water supply within reach. Thanks to its layout, the cottage is perfect for relaxation in nature, where peace and quiet prevail. The center of the village is only 1.5 km away. In the nearby town of Štúrovo, just a few kilometers away, there is the largest thermal bath Vadaš and a border crossing to the historic Hungarian town of Esztergom. From there, it is just a short distance to the Kováčovské hills nature reserve, where you will find plenty of hiking trails.
