The building itself was constructed during challenging times in the wartime period. We date the completion to 1944, initially being used as a summer residence, and in 1991, additional floors were added to the form we see today. Villa Anna has mainly been used for recreational purposes. The surroundings have many advantages, including boating, paddleboarding, cold water swimming, and skating on one of the oldest natural ponds in the world – Počúvadlianske lake.
